Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is for the Necessity of the Conduction of the Ukrainian-Russian Relations analysis and Conversion of the Dialogue between Countries into the Constructive Race.
Giving answers to the journalists´ questions on Saturday in Ternopil region, V. Lytvyn declared that "unfortunately, one must admit that Ukraine is weakened country now". According to him it "it is ground for such evaluations that were sounded in the President of Russia Dmytro Medvedev Address to the President of Ukraine, Viktor Yushchenko".
"Ukraine, according to me, take ungrateful mission upon itself restrain Russia, perception for Russia, hoe the democracy should be built. Lytvyn declared.

According to V. Lytvyn, in these relations there are a lot of directions according to which positions of Russia and Ukraine do not correspond each other but still "we possess a great number of those that lead to mutual understanding", - he emphasized.
According to V. Lytvyn the "consecutive inventorying of all the problem moments should be held and dialogue should be activated". "Before the lections one part of the politicians would count on the strengthening of the conflict with Russia and another one would be trying to gain sympathy of it. And what would be after the elections, what consequences we will have for the country? It is the problem to think and work upon", - he stressed.
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada if Ukraine has directed letters to Sergey Mironov, the Chairman of the Federation Council of Russian Federation and the Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Council, Boris Gryzlov with the suggestion to conduct in September of the Current Year of the Sitting of the Interparliamentary Committee on Cooperation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and Federal Council of the Russian Federation with the Participation of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and Chairmen of the Federation Council and State Duma of the Federal Council of Russian Federation for the Elaboration of the propositions on the Crisis in Ukrainian and Russian Relations Overcoming
According to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, he held the telephone conversation with Sergey Mironov, the Chairman of the Federation Council of Russian Federation who upheld the initiative of the Committee sitting conduction.
